The Autograph Co measures how people use theautographco.com so the site can be more useful to dealers. This page says what is measured, what is kept, and how to turn it off.
The Autograph Co uses Google Analytics and The Graphite, The Autograph Co's own measurement. They see the pages you visit, the buttons you click, the site or search that sent you here, your browser, and your rough location as Google reports it. They never see what you type into a form.
Google Analytics sets cookies on theautographco.com. This site also keeps a small record in your browser of your first visit, how you first found the site, and how many visits you have made. Both stay on theautographco.com. They are never shared with another site and never sold.
When you ask for a private demo or a demo code, your request reaches The Autograph Co with the pages you visited and how you found the site. The Autograph Co uses your details only to answer your request.
The Host is an AI assistant, The Autograph Co's own chat, answered by Anthropic's Claude model. What you type is sent to The Autograph Co's Host service and to Anthropic to write each reply, and the conversation is kept by The Autograph Co so the team can follow up and improve the Host. If you share your name and email to ask for a demo, the team receives them with the conversation and how you found the site. Please don't type passwords or payment details.
The Autograph Co does not use Google's advertising features on this site, and does not sell or share your information for advertising.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is measured beyond the page itself and no returning-visit record is kept. You can also turn measurement off in this browser here.
